Zhejiang Longsen Lumbering Co., Ltd. is a large-scale private enterprise. It covers an area of 60000 square meters, in which built-up area occupies 39000 square meters. Its total investment is 100 millions RMB. There are 300 employees in the company, in which 30 are professional technicians with medium or high-class professional titles. Located in Lize Industrial Zone, Jiashan, which is traversed by Huhang railway, Huhang freeway and 320 national highway. It takes one hour by car to Shanghai(in the east), Suzhou(in the west) and Hangzhou (in the south). The company delivers economical, highly efficient and convenient service and transportation to customers.
The products of the company are mainly three kinds: Solid wood flooring, Engineered wood flooring, Laminated flooring.
Most of the raw materials are imported from Southeast Asia, South America and Africa, etc.
Each type of flooring¡¯s yearly production is more than 3 million sqm.
Equipments owned by the company are as follows: four 100 cubic meters fully automatic drying kilns, three drying kilns smaller than 50 cubic meters, "Unimat" U23SP introduced from Germany, six advanced Italian SAC production lines, two 8-foot imported cutting machine, two slice cutting and sawing cutting machines, six 400-800 tons cooling and heating press and several UV/PU flooring paint assemblies. It has adopted imported German Treffert paint for coating, spraying and rolling lacquered.
